We love to pay introductory fees!

If we’re paying agents fees then we’re buying properties.

It is standard practise for Tri Capital to retain an acquiring agent as and when the asset is sold, no matter how many years later this may be.

Should the acquiring agents firm offer management and professional services, where the asset introduced by an agent requires these services then their firm is always offered the opportunity to deal with these ongoing matters on our behalf.

As purchasers, we appreciate that when introducing smaller assets, the standard fees don’t always justify the time and effort on behalf of the agent that these take to acquire. On this basis, we are always happy for an agent to advise us in advance that they will require a higher fee under these circumstances or profit share if preferred.
