Jonathan Kessel

Jonathan is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 25 years in the property industry, having started work in 1996 for Compco Holdings Plc.

Jonathan formed Tri Capital in 2007 and is involved in all aspects of the business, to help ensure smooth and quick transactions and sustainable business growth.

Daniel Sugar

Daniel is a co-owner and a director of Tri-Capital working closely with Jonathan on a day to day basis. He has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate as Managing Director of Amsprop Estates where he leads a team that has transacted well over £1BLN of commercial assets. Daniel has overseen many large scale projects in Central London that have included new construction, large scale refurbishment and conversions.

Senior Asset Manager

Preenal Gondhea

Preenal has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and is a chartered surveyor. Preenal has previously worked at Investec and Safra group having performed acquisition and asset management roles. Preenal Joined the Tri Capital team in 2023 as a Senior Asset Manager.

Jamie Pearman

Jamie has a passion for the property industry, previously working as a lettings agent in London. Jamie joined the Tri Capital team in 2022.

Daniel Simon

After finishing at the University of Bristol, Daniel worked in the IT industry before pursuing a career in property. Daniel joined the Tri Capital team in 2023 as an Associate.

Pravesh Jibna

Pravesh is a finance professional with over 15 years of management experience.

Before joining the team, Pravesh has worked in various sectors that include banking, technology, retail, and Self-Storage Business.

Pravesh is a qualified accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
