Jonathan Kessel

Jonathan is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 30 years in the property industry, having started work in 1996 for Compco Holdings Plc.

Jonathan formed Tri Capital in 2007 and is involved in all aspects of the business, to help ensure smooth and quick transactions and sustainable business growth.

Daniel Sugar

Daniel is a co-owner and a director of Tri-Capital working closely with Jonathan on a day to day basis. He has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate as Managing Director of Amsprop Estates where he leads a team that has transacted well over £1BLN of commercial assets. Daniel has overseen many large scale projects in Central London that have included new construction, large scale refurbishment and conversions.

Mike Ray

A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience, Mike overseas the financial side of the Tri Capital group of companies.

Iain Blakeley

Iain has specialised in property asset management and investment for over 30 years. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Conrad Ritblat before joining Dawnay, Day where he was responsible for overseeing the asset management of a mixed commercial portfolio with an annual rent roll of over £60 million. In 2009 Iain co-founded Welbeck Investment Management where he headed up the asset management team before joining Tri Capital in September 2024 as Head of Asset Management. Iain specialises in the development of asset management strategies, the identification of value-add opportunities and acquisitions.

Jack Mendoza

Jack is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 5 years experience in the industry having been involved at multiple investment agencies before joining CBRE where he spent 3 years developing his skills and network.

Jack joined the Tri Capital team in 2024 to focus on new Acquisitions across all asset classes.

Jack is an avid football fan and is known for his love for two teams.

Sam Rosen

Sam has over 10 years of experience in the industry and began his career at Galliard Homes in 2013. He then moved to a residential developer, and subsequently established his own investment company in 2022. Sam joined the Acquisitions side of the business in October 2024, helping to grow Tri Capitals pipeline of new business.

Preenal Gondhea

Preenal has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and is a chartered surveyor. Preenal has previously worked at Investec and Safra group having performed acquisition and asset management roles. Preenal Joined the Tri Capital team in 2023 as a Senior Asset Manager. Preenal oversees the management of the current portfolio.

Jamie Pearman

Jamie has a passion for the property industry, previously working as a lettings agent in London. Jamie joined the Tri Capital team in 2022.

Joshua Bensusan

Josh joined Tri Capital in 2024 as part of the Asset Management team. After working as an estate agent for over a year as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Josh brings a strong interest in property.

Pravesh Jibna

Pravesh is a finance professional with over 15 years of management experience.

Before joining the team, Pravesh has worked in various sectors that include banking, technology, retail, and Self-Storage Business.

Pravesh is a qualified accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Jon Dumont

Qualified Accountant with 37 years of experience including 16 years in the property industry. Work with and manage a team providing full accounting and tax support necessary to support property investment and trading enterprises.

A qualified accountant with over 16 years of property accounting experience, always the first go to, when any problems arise.

Karen Galedek

Karen joined Tri Capital in 2017 and provides support to Jonathan Kessel as well as managing the day to day running of the office.

Lucie provides administrative and operational support to the property managers and the finance team, ensuring everyone is kept up to date on all business deadlines and requirements.

Jamie Burgess

Jamie plays a crucial role within the team in managing any payment demands and ensuring that any outstanding debts are collected promptly and efficiently.

Rai Nekrose

Joined the Tri Capital Group in 2022 and oversees the account payable department.

She is a part qualified accountant and has over 15 years’ experience in accounts and property administration within SME and FTSE 100 companies.
